HelpMaker v9 is XML-based, page-layout Help Authoring tool with integrated graphics editor. It generates WinHelp, HTMLHelp v1, Website-Help and PDF.

It’s easy in use. You don’t need any special skills to work with it. Just create help text, compile it and you will get ready help file.
You can make whole help files using HelpMaker without any other programs. Helpmaker has own text editor with a large number of available functions so you shouldn’t setup special software like Microsoft Word or etc.

It is freeware for non-commercial usage and paid for commercial usage.
